I am a Marketing & Communications leader with 15+ years of experience shaping how brands show up and what they stand for.

The focus has been on building communication that is clear, consistent, and meaningful, across corporate communications, marketing, PR, and storytelling. Across media, technology, manufacturing, and agency environments, the work has driven reputation, strengthened visibility, and created communication that connects with the right audiences.

Worked with brands like Star India, NatGeo, Disney, Hero Motors, Adani Cement, MRF, and Tata MenCan, across diverse roles and communication mandates. From global campaigns and leadership communication to employer branding, content, and large-scale events, the approach remains simple: make communication relevant, and make it count.

With an MBA in Marketing, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business, and the Executive Program in Advanced Marketing from IIM Calcutta, the foundation combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Recognised with the Trailblazer Award – PR & Communications Aces (Under 40, 2022) and SHE 2023 by Agency Reporter, reflecting a consistent contribution to the field.

Director, Global Marketing and Communications​

As the department head, my responsibilities encompass the company's marketing and communications function, which include managing branding positioning strategies, driving PR and external communications, organising thought leadership and panel sessions, ensuring effective Internal communications and implementing employee welfare plans. In addition, I also oversee Social Media and digital marketing efforts, organise events, pursuit marketing, and Lead generation activities.

Marketing

My responsibilities included maintaining consistent messaging and brand positioning across multiple touch points, creating sales tools and marketing materials, planning and executing go-to-market campaigns, generating demand through various channels, executing co-marketing programs with partners, and implementing account-based marketing strategies for key accounts.

 

Communications

I managed both external and internal communications. I planned and executed events such as conferences, trade shows, podcasts, and webcasts. I oversaw PR and external communications, maintained industry relations, and managed the company's website and social media handles. I also supervised sustainability, diversity, and CSR projects. Internally, I devised and implemented communication strategies such as events, campaigns, and awards to boost employee engagement. I oversaw the creation of internal newsletters, announcements, and employee testimonials, and managed branding efforts through signage, banners, pull-ups, and branded merchandise.

Marketing Operations

The role involved managing department operations, including budget and strategy planning, team management, and developing processes for seamless project management and collaboration with external and internal partners.

CXO's Office Manager

Managed CXO's office, contributed to strategic pitches, managed internal events and training, and oversaw office aesthetics and administration.

Operations Manager

Worked on event management, procurement, legal compliance, and project management. This included organising various types of events, managing supplier relationships, understanding trademarks and licenses, leading large-scale initiatives, and liaising with bankers for fundraising projects.
