Bringing Core Values To Life

Translating company values into visual and culture-led communication

For Experience Commerce, the objective was to communicate the company’s core values in a way that felt simple, engaging, and easy to connect with.

Rather than presenting the values through static corporate communication, the focus was on making them more visual, relatable, and embedded into the company’s culture through storytelling and design-led communication. The initiative brought together film, AI-generated imagery, and supporting culture assets designed around the organisation’s values framework.

The Approach

The project included:

  • A Core Values video explaining the meaning behind each company value

  • A culture-led brand film integrating the values into storytelling

  • AI-generated visuals created to give every value a distinct visual identity

  • A Core Values Handbook outlining each value, what it represents, and how it reflects within the organisation

 

Each element was designed to make the communication clearer, more engaging, and easier to relate to across teams.​

 

AI-led Visual Storytelling

AI-generated imagery was used to create a unique visual language for every core value, helping transform abstract ideas into more expressive and memorable storytelling.

The approach added a stronger visual identity to the initiative while making the values easier to understand and recall.

The Core Values Handbook

A dedicated handbook was created as part of the initiative to document the company’s values, philosophy, and cultural approach in a more structured and accessible format.

The handbook explained the meaning behind each value and how it translates into the organisation’s culture and ways of working.

 

 

 

 

The Outcome

The initiative helped shape a more engaging and visually-driven communication approach around the company’s core values through films, storytelling, AI-generated visuals, and culture-led design.

 

Culture becomes more meaningful when values are communicated in ways people can genuinely connect with.
